Hello crafty friends just popping in with a quick card for a couple of challenges.
I made this card using Ranger alcohol inks on vellum oh what fun ! O what a mess ! but I loved making it. I used Tim Holtz thinlets die insects 665634 which I cut from textured gold and shiny card and then played around with the alcohol ink. super messy but so much. An idea-ology sentiment to finish off and there you have it.
I’m entering it into
Country View Clallenges who are asking us for Things with Wings and Addicted to Stamps and More who are asking us for a card for any occasion .
Do pop over to both challenges as both of their galleries are chock full of amazing inspiration.
Take care
Marie

The mess was totally worth it Marie… but I would have had to wear gloves lol.
I don’t blame you! I now have lovely pink nails not really suitable for working in my jewellery store
This is absolutely stunning. I know you love your “alcoholic” inks and what a triumph. You make everything look effortless. This may be my favourite card of yours yet. Absolutely amazing,!
Thank you so much and I too think it’s one of my best yet and it was sold within five minutes I only wish I had kept it now as you well know “alcohol in ” projects can never be repeated.
Messy process with beautiful results.
Thank you so much Trina
Utterly gorgeous Marie! The alcoholic inks have produced fabulous effect for your background and I am sighing over that gorgeous die which always makes your apertures look fresh and modern! The touches of black and gold are perfect too. I could go on and on but I’ll let someone else have a turn!! Vicky x
