Welcome back to our mid-month reminder about our embossing, heat, or dry challenge. You still have time to join in the fun. You have until the 25th of the month to share your beautiful floral creations with us at The Flower Challenge.
Here’s what I came up with
Pinkfresh Studios Decorative frames for the base, the aperture was embossed with this beautiful folder from Spellbinders (help, don’t know the name). The buds are from Memory Box Peony Bud Duo, colored with Distress Oxides covered in clear embossing powder, and heated, although you can’t see it in the photo.
Why not pop over to The Flower Challenge? The Design Team has created some amazing cards to inspire us all.
I’m also adding this to A Cut Above (second entry) for their anything goes with a Die Cut challenge
I’m still away, so I hope WordPress is kind to me and publishes this post when it should.
Wishing you all a wonderful week.
Marie

Marie, I just love the cardstock you’ve used to create this masterpiece! You’ve reminded me why I had to have that SB Tile Reflection embossing folder – it is stunning home panel for your sweet rose buds!
Enjoy your stay away – where time doesn’t matter!

You are a veritable source of information, thanks once again for playing along with “Name that Craft Product”. I sure am enjoying the peace and quiet with only the sound of swallows and sea.
Please tell me more about that gorgeous brown card stock – and we have Tree Swallow hatchlings in our next box!! Best we can tell [video camera in the box - of course, doesn't everyone?] there are maybe 5 of them!
Enjoy!
The cardstock is grey not brown !!! must be my bad photography. I get it from a local printer
Absolutely stunning, Marie!!! That deep color of cardstock gives a whole different feel to that embossing, almost vintage. And what a place to show off the sweet little rose buds.
Thank you Bobby it was a bit of a risk but I love the contrast
